Refund policy
At TruSheaCo, your satisfaction is our priority.
We do not require you to return the product. Due to the nature of our product and the cost of return shipping, we handle all issues directly:
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, contact us at support@trusheaco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will either:
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
- Send you a replacement at no charge
The resolution is your choice.
Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right immediately - no return required.
Refund processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
Non-refundable situations:
- Orders where delivery is confirmed and no issue is reported within 30 days
- Purchases made outside of trusheaco.com
